Plant-based "macrobiotic butter" with refreshing sweet strawberries are sandwiched between gluten-free cookie dough made with rice and soy flour. Gluten-free.
"Macrobiotic butter" is a butter-like cream made from plant-based ingredients such as cocoa butter, coconut milk, and almond paste without using dairy products.
Instead of using refined white sugar, we use mineral-rich maple syrup and raw sugar, and low-GI malt syrup.
