This is a 100% plant-based sausage made primarily from konjac, which is rich in dietary fiber, and soybeans, known as "meat from the field" and rich in protein.
It is a pre-cooked product, so you can microwave it in the bag or heat it in a hot water bath, but we recommend that you lightly brown it in olive oil in a frying pan before eating.
The elasticity of the konjac gives the ethical sausage a meat-like texture, and it is satisfying to eat, with a light flavor.
General meat sausages contain many additives, but ethical sausages are made without any coloring agents, preservatives, or antioxidants, and are made as additive-free as possible.
It is great as a side dish for those who are busy with work or childcare.
It can be used also in a variety of dishes such as hot dogs and pot-au-feu.
