This is a halal-certified ramen made with fresh noodles using wheat from Hokkaido and a rich chicken paitan soup. It's prepared without pork or alcohol, using only permitted meats and seasonings, and can be stored at room temperature for 10 months. The fresh noodles are firm, allowing you to enjoy the taste of Honolu's restaurant at home. Toppings are not included. Customize your ramen with chili oil, white pepper, garlic paste, fried chicken, or your favorite vegetables to enjoy.
